Meet the team

The Learning Skills Team provide 1-2-1 support, workshops and lectures on the skills you need to complete your programme of study. We are here to support you through your time at Wrexham University, and cover three main areas of academic study:

  • Academic Support Librarians offer guidance on using Resource Finder and the Internet effectively to find appropriate academic materials for your assignment.
  • Academic Skills Tutors provide support and advice on academic writing, referencing, critical thinking and time management.
  • Digital Learning can help you with using Microsoft 365 to create your assignments as well as finding your way around Moodle and uploading assignments.

To book an appointment please email learningskills@wrexham.ac.uk
