Introduction
The MyUni portal is your entryway into the University's systems, providing you quick links to your Virtual Learning Environments (Moodle or Canvas), your Timetables, links to Learning Skills Guides, Resource Finder, Software, and support from ASK.
Logon Screen
When the MyUni portal loads, you will be greeted with the Logon screen. On this screen you can:
- Click the 'Access MyUni Portal' (Login) banner to begin the login process.
- View all academic and course timetables.
- Access Login support, reset your password and access the service desk.

Creating / resetting a password
There are two reasons why you may need to access the 'Password Reset' screen:
- You're a new student who has never signed in before, (in which case, you are 'creating' a password)
- You're a returning student who hasn't logged in for quite a while, or you are experiencing issues logging in, (in which case you are 'resetting' your password)
If the reasons mentioned previously apply, click the 'Password Reset' link and follow the on-screen instructions.
If these don't apply to you or you have tried resetting your password and you're still experiencing issues, click the 'Login support' link.

The Main Screen
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be greeted by the main screen of the MyUni Portal. This is split into multiple sections, and they will be discussed in this guide.
